Job Description:

• Represent the USC students living outside the 90007 and 90089 zip codes
• Work on projects that benefit commuter students, the general student body, or USC
• Participate in resolution drafting and Senate voting on behalf of commuter students
  
• Act as liaison between the Senate and APASA as well as the Philanthropy Fund
  

Current Projects:

1. Increase student awareness about the lack of parking structure planning on and off campus
2. Use blogging as a new tool to coordinate activities within the USG as well as a way to connect with USC students
3. Conduct a survey of commuter students (and faculty) with the help of Trojan Transportation
4. Work closely with Trojan Transportation to ensure the implementation of changes to the tram system (newer and greener buses, better bus stops, etc)
5. Promote electronic waste recycling on campus
6. Improve carpool systems on campus
